naga trinity not detected by synapse 3

my nearly new mouse is not showing up in synapse. I have uninstalled the device in device manager and replugged the mouse, plugged it into another computer and it had the same issue, I have also reinstalled the razer synapse, also I changed my power plan settings. any help would be awesome.
