Naga Trinity: Random ghost clicks when the left mouse button is held down.

When attempting to drag or highlight, another click will be produced, sometimes a double-click. I've tried: uninstalling synapse, using different usb ports, reinstalling synapse and using a dummy account, hitting the profile button, using a different button panel, and, since it's a dual boot machine, different os's. The mouse is maybe 2 months old. Is there anything else I can try? Also tried: different mouse (worked fine) blowing it out with canned air

    There is a good chance that this is switch related. Please use this to test and put up a screenshot of your results here.

    Yikes! That's definitely a switch issue so we'll have to look into your RMA options. PM me the serial number of your mouse so I run this through our Warranty Team. Let's go from there.

    I have the same problem with mine and I also got it just a few months ago. As much as I like this mouse, it's a pain to use now.

    Do you get the same result when on different side panels? Also, does this happen with and without Synapse running in the background?

    Yes, I have tried switching panels. First noticed this on my work computer where synapse is not installed but does it on my PC too. Using hybrid storage for my work profile. It's really hard to drag'n drop, it issues a whole lot of double clicks and more if I hold the button.

    You may need to send it in for a replacement. Please send me a PM with the serial number of your mouse.
