Hi. After years of working with and without Synapse running, my 2 button side panel stopped working. Synapse is now recognizing the 2 button panel as the 12 button panel… Either some updates from Razer or windows ruined it.

Yes. Holding profile button for 10 sec. Also middle and both left/right combo. Removed profiles in Synapse. Even tried to reinstall software. Running Synapse 4.0 now.
Still recognizing 2 button as 12 button.
Yay. Fixed!
Seemed like a problem with Razer Synapse Software. Now 2 button panel shows correctly. And 12 button.
