The 3 key on my 12-digit side plate on my Naga Trinity keeps acting like its being held down. I’ve tried cleaning it with compressed air, disconnecting and reconnecting the side plate as well as the mouse. It is the only button that is giving me trouble and does not occur with the 7-digit side plate. Any suggestions as to what I can do to fix it? I’ve tried looking for a replacement side plate, but Razer doesn’t sell them and the online sellers are either out of stock or are less reputable.
