Hello,
I am experiencing a very weird issue where my Naga Trinity sometimes has some kind of “drift” or moves automatically randomly, which is being very uncomfortable for gaming (In this case WoW).
Is this a known issue? I’ll really appreciate some support on this, and if its a device failure I’ll also like to know the steps to claim the warranty (kind of new still).
As for solutions, I’ve already updated Synapse and tried to switch mouse over different USB ports, still having the same issue, it does not happen with my other mouse.
