I purchased the Naga v2 Pro in October and assigned the 10 key as F10 using Synapse, but it still works as 0 by default. Synapse shows the key as F10, but in practice, it behaves like the default 0.
Has anyone experienced this issue or know how to fix it?
- I’ve tried reassigning the key in Synapse and confirmed the profile is active and saved.
- Should I update Synapse or reset the device to factory settings? Or is there another solution I’m missing?
