Naga V2 Pro not working when taking out charging cable once fully charged. Sees the device but will not activate it.

I have tried switching the mouse to off while charging and then removing the cable when fully charged and then switching to wireless, synapse sees it but it is greyed out and doesn’t work.

If I plug the cable back in works fine. Have to restart my machine for the mouse to use wireless. What am I missing?
