I have a Razer Naga v2 Pro with Firmware 1.3.0.0, Razer Synapse V4.0.86.2508190742 and those assignments are not working in my Windows 10 nor 11 in any browser (Chrome, Waterfox) not even in windows file explorer (for the ctrl+w only, I don’t expect others to work).
With my logitech 602s I have no issues in any browser nor file explorer (again, just regarding the ctrl+w to close the window). This would make the issue Razer related, rather than my particular setup.
I googled and read on reddit posts about the issue of samsung magician being present, thought I didn’t have it open nor let it run in the background, I did had it installed and the service was running. Stopping the service didn’t do anything, so I proceeded to uninstall it and reboot, but the issue persists.
Please help how to make it work or get Razer to fix this issue that seems to be ongoing for years now in other mice too for what I have seen searching.
