Naga V2 Pro no wheel tension

Just got my new Naga V2 Pro. After first start and installing Synapse there was tension (clicking, feedback) when I scrolled wheel. Then I pushed a button for changing scrolling profile several times and in some moment I realised that there is no tension when I'm scrolling despite any settings on Synapse Scrolling tab. Tried to reinstall drivers and software, 2.4/Bluetooth/Cable connection, mouse reset - no result. Is wheel broken now or what should I do?

    Hi kpopov94, I would love to look into this further. PM me a short clip so I can have a closer look at the scroll wheel problem and include the serial number so I can validate its model. Thanks! *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
