Naga v2 pro not connecting | Razer Insider

Received the naga v2 pro yesterday.

connected via bluetooth right away, worked fine for about 30 minutes.

started installing synapse v3 and walked away.

came back 30 minutes later and it refused to connect.

Also refuses to connect to the dongle, or via usb.

tried it on a second pc, and it briefly said it was installing a driver for "razer bootloader", but it has not said that since.

i was unable to find it in the device manager.

i have plugged it into a third pc, no installing device, no working mouse, nothing new in device manager.

all the USB does is power it at this point.

anyone face anything similar? im in NZ so i am not sure where to go for support, and the RMA process will require i send it back to the states - hoping to find a solution before resorting to that.
If it's detected as Razer Bootloader - try to install firmware again: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/6394
