NAGA V2 Pro not linking via Blue tooth

Hi

 

Just purchased a NAGA V2 Pro and although it shows in my Bluetooth attached lists it does not work. If I connect the charging cable to my PC (windows 11) it works fine.

 

Tried it on laptop also WIN 11 and it works fine with no issues connecting via Bluetooth. I have Synapse installed on my PC (not on the laptop) and have tried all the suggestions on the support page.

 

When I try holding down the three mouse buttons as suggested the displays do not flash as they should.

 

I've done the whole uninstall reinstall stuff but no luck.

 

Any ideas?

By trying all the workarounds, does it include reinstalling your mouse’s drivers and updating the firmware? If yes, please send me a PM along with your Naga V2 Pro’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for options. Looking forward to your response!
