Naga v2 pro not work side panel on number 1

I always use 12 digits on my Naga v2 pro, today digit 1 stopped working. I changed the side panel to 6 digits, but it still didn't work

Hello there, ​@Laikbob!

 

Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also reinstall its firmware by following the steps below:

- Search “Device Manager” from the Windows search bar.
- Click on “Mice and other pointing devices”.
- Right-click on your Razer mouse > “Uninstall device”.
- Click on “Human Interface Devices”.
- Right-click on your Razer mouse > “Uninstall device”.
- Restart your computer.
- The drivers will automatically reinstall after your computer restarts.

If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
