Naga V2 Pro pairing with Mouse Dock Pro

I have tried multiple times to pair my naga v2 pro with my mouse dock pro. They are both brand new, got hem in the mail yesterday. It pairs fine with the dongle that came with the mouse. The Dock wouldn’t show up in the synapse 3 software, but does show up in the synapse beta software. The dock lights up and charges fine.

Anyone have this issue, or know a solution?

Thanks.

Any Razer employees work in these support sections?

Hi Masterism88,

I’m here to help. The Razer mouse or Dock Pro may not be detected if its wireless dongle and paired HyperPolling dongle/Mouse Dock Pro are connected to the computer at the same time. Follow the steps below to fix the issue.

  1. Unplug the mouse's wireless dongle and the Razer HyperPolling dongle/Mouse Dock Pro from the system.
  2. Plug in only the preferred connection mode, either the wireless dongle or the Razer HyperPolling dongle/Mouse Dock Pro.

You can also visit this article if your Razer devices are not detected on Razer Synapse. Feel free to ping me if you need further assistance. Stay awesome!
