Naga V2 Pro (RZ01-0440) 2.4 Hyperspeed connectivity Issue

Hello Razer Support Team,

I have been using my NAGA V2 Pro together with the Mouse Dock Pro without any issues until recently, when a connectivity problem surfaced. The mouse now experiences noticeable latency whenever I attempt to move it after idling, and it does not respond to the first few clicks.

Here are the details of the issue:

  • Firmware for both mouse and dock are up to date.
  • The mouse works perfectly when connected via cable, with no latency observed.
  • Both the mouse and dock are detectable in Synapse when connected by wire.
  • The same latency issue persists when using either the Hyperspeed dongle or the Mouse Dock Pro.
  • After unpairing the mouse and dock, the dock is no longer able to detect the mouse.

I have already tried basic troubleshooting steps but the issue remains. Could you please advise on further troubleshooting steps or confirm if this may be a hardware/firmware issue?

P.S.: Both mouse and dock pro were purchased on Feb 22, 2025, and registered under my razer account so they are still within warranty.

The issue was resolved after I restarted my PC once more and re‑paired the Naga V2 Pro with the Mouse Dock Pro. The latency problem disappeared after the re‑pair. However, the same issue still persists when using the Hyperspeed dongle, though that is not my primary connection method. I will provide further updates if any new issues arise, but for now the problem has been resolved.
