I’ve seen a few other posts about the side panel on the Naga v2 being unresponsive, especially with the 12 button panel on and I’m having the same issue. I’ve tried some of the fixes I’ve seen in the other threads. Updated firmware, quit out of other apps, compressed air under the buttons. I thought it might be because the mouse was low on battery, but even after I plugged it in I was still getting the issue. I’ve only had this mouse for about a week, didn’t expect to have issue so soon or suddenly.
I will have have to push the buttons multiple times for them to register at times, even if I’m being very deliberate with my button pushes sometimes they just don’t “click”. This has been both wired and over the 2.4 channel.
