Naga V2 Pro USB and Bluetooth issues

I am having issues with my Razer Naga V2 Pro because when using the USB dongle it constantly connects and disconnects from Synapse, causing erratic behavior. Additionally, in Bluetooth mode it does not enter pairing mode when pressing the three buttons mentioned in the manual.

I have tried the following: closing Razer Synapse, uninstalling it, restarting my computer, verifying that the mouse has the latest firmware, and testing it on another computer using the USB dongle, where the same issue occurs. The only way it works reliably is when connected via the USB cable.

Please help me, as this mouse was purchased only three months ago.
