Naga X and Naga Classic issues | Razer Insider

Hi guys,



I purchased my first "gaming mouse" 3 months ago, which was the Naga X, having an issue where it disconnects and no longer works, (doesn't show up in Razer Synapse) yet it still is lit up as if it's plugged in. I figured maybe I just got unlucky so I went and purchased the Naga Classic 3 days ago.



The Naga Classic does not disconnect like the Naga X, but the RGB will turn off, and then none of the side buttons will work. But will sometimes go back to normal.



I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Synapse

I've tried different USB ports

Updated all of my drivers



Hoping someone may be able to help, I really do like these mice they feel great and worked remarkably when they were working properly!
