NAGA X Mouse operating as if default, while assigned to a non-default profile | Razer Insider

Ok so im reporting this now in case i have further trouble - because i had personal support not on this specific issue but another issue where i believed razer was the cause of my sound device switching, I havent had any issues with my sound device for a long time now untill i started having this issue with my mouse, so just seems like another rad flag that may point to razer being the cause of my sound device switching...

OK so I decided to clean out my PC and blow out all the dust like i do from time to time, this time my mouse didnt come online at startup (which has happened before with no problems), so i unplugged it and re plugged it back in and it came online.

I booted up a game and noticed the buttons i had assigned to the 12 button keypad on the mouse is not working as expected, I checked the profile and everything is fine but the mouse seems to be using the default 1,2,3.... for its keypad buttons.

So I changed some of the buttons in synapse but the mouse still seems to be using the default instead. I checked my razer keyboard profile buttons and tested them and they work even when i change a keyboard button in synapse it works fine so its just the mouse...

I restarted my pc the mouse still operates as if its in a default profile, so i tried to reset the mouse in settings to default then changing some buttons around and that didnt work either.

I guess my next step is reinstalling synapse, unless someone has a better suggestion?

Thanks for any info....
::Update::

I just realized by testing this, when I close all razer apps the mouse goes back to using the profile that was selected when i closed all razer apps, except the assigned macros does not work, otherwise it works like i had the mouse set up, when i open synapse the mouse starts operating like it was set back on default...

Also i was watching 40min youtube video while synapse and all razer apps were closed, i had no sound device switching issues, after the video was over I turned back on synapse and imediately my sound device switched, theres just too much mounting evidence that razer is certainly the cause of my sound device switching issue.

Before i turned back on razer i was going to just uninstall and reinstall it untill i noticed my mouse buttons were operating like i would expect from the selected mouse profile so i decided to test a different profile then close all razer apps to see if the new profile works with razer apps close, thats why I restarted synapse, and it did work....
:: Update ::

So i reinstalled synapse software and that fixed the issue i was having with the mouse operating as if it were in its default profile while it was in a customized profile - BUT now the sound device switching problem is sticking around......

This is not ok.... I have to close synapse after i select the profile i want to use other wise my sound device will randomly switch and switch back. The problem with doing that is the macros wont work...
