Hi everyone, I have a Naga X mouse that stopped working after almost 2 years. Every time I connect the mouse, it works for about 4-5 seconds and then it suddenly stops. I keep Syanpse open I and can clearly see the right model appearing in the device window but as already said, after 4-5 seconds it disappears showing no razer devices connected. I tried all the things I found in the community forum so I uninstalled synapse, run the driver eraser, restart the PC and reinstall synapse but unfortunately nothing changed. I tried the mouse on a Mac and on a Linux PC but the same issue occurred. The only thing I can’t do is turning the RGB light off because I have not enough time before the mouse disappears from synapse.
Anyone knows how to do it?
