Nanoleaf and Razer ?

Hi Everybody I'm new here, So the problem I Have is of course Razer Chroma can be added to Nanoleaf devices but my nanoleaf panels are always the wrong way round totally in Synapse despite it being the right way round in the Nanoleaf app (Phone & PC) So I Contacted Nanoleaf but they have no control over Razer as it is there program so they had literally no way of helping... And because I Read a few times about master reset and try done that still nothing. Disconnecting and retry still nothing. And finally tried to move the power module round other panels and nothing at all. Also even tried reinstalling synapse 3 and then checking for any updates. Still it's always the wrong way round in synapse and so effect's just look totally wrong. Before contacting Razer at what is already a busy enough time with this time of the year and also the Covid stuff going on in the world makes things allot harder for big companies to try do everything and reply at the same time. So I Just wondered does anybody have any ideas on how to fix the problem or maybe even stop it happening ? EDIT: I Can upload pictures if needed I Don't have it connected right now as there's not much point when it does not work Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance !
