So I have razer synapses it works fine with my razer and hue stuff . I just got nanoleaf canvas panels so I download that onto synapses and sync my panels and now razer just crashes over and over as soon as I try to run it . I delete the nano part synapses runs fine . What is going on ?

This is happening to me as well. I just got the nanoleaf shapes, and it's working fine with my Hue and Alexa and other smart home devices, but when I try to pair through the Syapse 3 app, it keeps "pairing" forever and if I close the app or try to exit the process, the app completely breaks and crashes upon opening. I've tried troubleshooting everything possible listed online by Nanoleaf or even Reddit and the issue is not on the network/Nanoleaf side. What is going on? Did you find a fix?
