Nanoleaf Shapes integration issues.

When I try to integrate my Nanoleaf triangle it can't find the device on my network so it prompts me to put in the IP of the panels and that works and it finds the device when it asks me to hold the power button on the panels for 3 seconds to pair, synapse doesn't recognize that I have held the button and the loading bar just sits there full.

    Is this the first time that you've experienced this behavior? Have you updated your Razer Synapse 3.0 recently? Allow me to initiate an investigation by sending me your computer's MSinfo and Synapse logs. Save the files via Google Drive or any online drive account, then paste the link in your PM.
