Hello,
Purchased Nari about 3 weeks ago. All of the sudden today wireless they are crackling instead of proper function. So doing my basic research, apparently synapse has issues? I'm attempting to use repair function of synapse. If that doesn't work I'll uninstall it. Frustrating since I am on an international business trip for the next few months. If there is anyone that knows current state of this issue please leme know here.

Thanks

Hi there, @Sangriacastsharp859! Can you send us the serial number of your Razer Nari through PM? Also, include the link of this thread. Let's continue from there.
Actually i have the same problem did you find out how to fix it please ! Let me know !
Yeah the only answer I could find was uninstalling synapse, it doesn't want to play nice with Realtek. Works just fine without synapse. I would give my serial number and info but I'm didn't bring my box just my headset with me.
Hi, had that problem after a power failure at home.
After unistall and reinstall drivers and synapse, still had the same.
After googling tried to erase allmost everything i found of razer at registry and it works like a charm again.
Unistall Synapse and drivers, go to Registry and delete entries of razer.
A new install of drivers and Synapse 3 and it should work. 🙂

Work perfect without Synapse... Yes !!!
I'm having the same issue as well. It works without Synapse installed but as soon as you reinstall it crackles horribly.
I found this tutorial on reddit and believe me it worked excellent.

Ok here's what worked for me, you might as well try it. So what's causing the issue is the THX Service, for what reason, I can't tell. I sat with support for 2 hours in live chat, and after I went through all the basic stuff, fresh reinstall, use another usb port, etc etc, literally all the things, they've sent me an email to delete some registries. I couldn't find the registry folder where they told me it is supposed to be, so I'll give you both paths (the one where it was on my pc, and where they said to look for it). So here's what you can try and do:

  • Uninstall Razer Synapse (add/remove programs -> uninstall).

  • Manually delete all razer folders (C:\\Program Files(x86)\\Razer and C:\\ProgramData\\Razer). ProgramData is hidden by default so be sure to check "show hidden files and folders".

  • Press Win+R and type "regedit". Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE->SOFTWARE. Here is where I found my RAZER folder. So, full path should be HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE->SOFTWARE->RAZER. Delete this folder. Also, just for safety measures, I have also deleted the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE->SOFTWARE->THX folder, just because the THX service is faulty, not the Synapse app as a whole, or the headset by any means. Restart your PC.

*They said that the RAZER folder should be under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE->SOFTWARE->WOW6432Node\\Razer\\Synapse3. You can search for it there if you don't find it where I pointed.

4) Do a fresh Synapse reinstall.

This is what worked for me. The only solution, after being in a call with them two times in the last month. This and a fresh windows reinstall, but the latter is not an option, as the THX service appears to randomly break down after 2 days, a week or a month. At least you can repeat this "fix" whenever, it's just a small inconvenience
