I have owned my Nari's for about 6 months now. I liked them so much that I bought a pair for my son also. In the last few months, I have been getting a crackling noise off and on but didn't think much off it because it would go away quickly. The computer I was using was older and figured this was the issue. I just built a new system and the sound has been good until the last few days when the crackling came back. Tonight is just got worse and worse. I looked it up and it seems that a lot of people have had this issue, but I am not finding any really fix for it. Can anyone help me?

So far I have uninstalled Synapse and re-installed it. That did not help.

I reset the headphone to default settings, That did not help.

Removed them from Windows and readded them. That did not help.

This is happening on both Chat and Game sound.
I'm having a similar issue with my Nari Ultimate but only get the crackling sound, like the gain is too high, when I play games. If listening to music the sound is great no matter how loud I turn up the volume. Anyone have a fix for this?

I ended up calling Razer after trying everything I found here. After running through all of their troubleshooting, I had to RMA them. My guess is it is going to be a few weeks until I get them back. Luckily I had an old cheap Logitech headset still. The sad thing is the mic on my old $30 Logitech is better than the mic on $150 Nari.
