Nari Dongle doesn't work | Razer Insider

My Razer Nari (not essential, not ultimate) dongle doesn't work any longer. I originally had the issue where it showed up in Device Manager as "Averna" but now it's hit or miss on whether Windows even detects it being plugged in, and even then it usually pops up with "The last USB device you plugged in has malfunctioned and cannot be used". I entered my serial # on the support page just to be told that my warranty is expired... okay, well I'm not opposed to buying a new dongle, except the store doesn't seem to have any?



I have tried every recovery option available. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Synapse 3. I tried uninstalling Synapse 3 and running the driver removal tool, restarting, installing Synapse 3. I tried the dongle recovery tool, which either says "no actions available" or "please insert the dongle" - leading me to believe the dongle is straight up not working. Same for the pairing utility, the headphones are recognized, they charge, they make sound, etc. but the dongle is not recognizable. I really just want a replacement, don't care if I have to pay.
