Nari dongle is probably broken

Hello. After a half year of nari ultimate usage it’s dongle suddenly started to disconnect and connect rapidly. I mean dongle itself - it blinks in usb devices list. Problem occures after ~5 minutes of usage if dongle was disconnected for some time or immediately after any sound played. I tried to unistall drivers, to shutdown all other devices,  to install newest synapse and I tried on other PC - result is still all the same, so I guess problem is in dongle.
I still have a bill from the store where I bought it, so any chances the dongle will be replaced via RMA?
