Nari Essential Issues when using the mic

Everytime I try to use the mic in any app, including Discord, the headset starts to connect and disconnect. Then when it "connects" again cant hear anything, have to restart my pc, and even sometimes even restarting this doesn't work

Hey there! Thanks for posting your headset's concern on our support board. By the way, does the issue happens to another programs aside from Discord? Have you tried connecting the headset to a different port or computer?
