Nari essential Mic issue

From the last Update of Synapse, my friends told me that every 15/30 sec my mic distorts suonds, like my voice is a robot voice or metallic, like an interference. I tried to reinstall all razer softwares, rebalance all, but nothing. Someone can help me?

    I've got the same problem with my Nari Essential, I tried to reinstall the Synapse and Driver's but it didn't work. I fix it restoring my pc. The problem is with razer Synapse for sure

    I'm having the same problem with Razer Nari Ultimate. Did you you guys fixed the problem?
