Nari Firmware Updater stuck
Hello.
I recently got Nari headset. Connected to Win10 box, all seemed fine.
Next day I realized that my microphone does not send anything to Windows (audio output is fine). So I found out that there is a firmware update available for the headset. I launched update tool, it reported that both dongle and headset were on version 12, while there is version 15 available. I proceeded with update.
Looks like updater is stuck at 100% for over an hour now. There was no confirmation screen saying that update is successful. I fear to unplug either dongle or the headset when it's not finished, so that I don't brick them. Should the update take that long?
Synapse is not running (as the update instruction said to close it). LED on the headset was red for a little while (I guess they were charging during the update), now is green.
What can I do now? Are there any logs for the updater tool that I can gather to troubleshoot? Or maybe it's safe to unplug the set and start over?
Please help...
