Hey I have nari ultimate wireless headphones, they've had recurring issues that I believe to be software related. I have two output options, nari 'chat' and 'game'. 'Chat' has normal volume but bad audio, 'game' has great audio but is stuck at a very low volume. This problem went away about a year ago but has sprung back up. I have uninstalled/reinstalled Synapse a billion times, toggled settings, no luck.

    Try to repair the Synapse application by following the steps here and reinstalling the driver of your headset. If that didn't help, PM me the serial number so I can look for any available firmware updates and other workarounds to help you address the issue.
