Nari Headset - Equalizer stops to work after sometime

My Razer Nari Audio works fine with the equalizer preset game, movie and music after the installation. But after a while it stop working properly, when I try to changed the equalizer, no effects are being changed. It only works again when I reinstall the Synapse software. I saw some questions here in forum, but they are all closed without solution.
