Nari Headset Mic Not Working!

I've had the Nari for about 2 weeks now and i love it. i specifically bought it because i just got a VR headset and i thought since its wireless it would be nice to have. but now that i actually tried using the mic for the first time i realized that the microphone will not pick up any sound, does any one know how to fix this? id hate to have to get a new pair of headphones since i actually really enjoy the Nari.

Same problem here, but mine worked only one week.. I already PM Razer.Caziel but no answer atm. Wait and see..

same here working jsut fine then boom stopped check all settings and everything works just no voice

If it still works with the 3.5mm jack, try to PM Razer.Caziel. Perhaps you need the firmware update he can gives you. It worked for me

yeah it still works with cord calling tested out with phone call and it worked just not on pc it doesnt work

Same issue Mic not working and razer software does not fix the issue . Has a fix been posted ?

hola como están tengo el mismo problema con el micrófono que no funciona mediante conexión inalambrica pero con el cable si funciona ayuda por favor
