I have had this Nari headset for 5 years now and I was really happy. but this last week has been the worst. Suddenly whenever I plug the wireless usb to connect the headset, any kind of program that could make a sound crashes. If I’m watching a video on youtube the video instantly stops and I get the error of the program not responding. I also have issues when selecting the headset from the sound devices, sometimes all the devices disappear. Before this I also got issues with Synapse not finding the headset.

When I turn the headset on I can still hear the sound perfectly, so I don’t think there is any problem with it, I suspect the problem is more related to the wireles USB or somthing related to software.

I have tried uninstalling and installing Synapse again, I made sure the drivers were updated, and I run the pairing utility. Still nothing works.

Hope you can find the issue, I really like the headset and there is nothing wrong with it apparently, it would be a shame to have to replace it.
