I recently did a wipe on my computer and when i redownloaded synapse my mic is suddenly supper low i have to yell to be heard on anything i have the volume on synapse set to 100 and have the volume on windows set to 100 as well and it still cant pick it up.

Try updating the Synapse app and reinstall the driver of your headset. If that didn’t help, PM me the serial number so I can verify its model and check my resources for other model-specific steps to help you address the mic problem. Thanks!
