Nari Razer Ultimate

I had a Nari but roughly December 2021 it stopped charging properly so I got a replacement for a Nari Ultimate, Now this one's charger has stopped working is this a common issue with Nair headsets, and is there any way to fix it without having to get a replacement sent to me? I'm extremely upset that this has happened for a second time and ill have to go through the time to get a replacement. My headset was working with no problems yesterday but today I have charged it and it won't even turn on when plugged into the computer that doesn't fix it either. How do I fix this! It is so frustrating.
