Hi all:
My Nari have more than two years right now. Always working fine hooked to a 4 port usb 3 hub.
Sometimes I didn't hear sounds from the right side, but the issue was corrected by:
a- playing with sound level; or
b- playing with chat-game level; or
c- little finger hits over the ear cup; or
d- plugin for few seconds via 3.5 mm cable to the computer; or
e- reinstalling/upgrading the synapse 3 (with the respective MS Windows®️ 10 reboot) or
f- after few minutes with a, b and c.
Today, have tried all options without recovering the right side of the headphones.
Inclusive have made a clean razer software reinstall, using the 3.5 mm connection both sides worked fine. To try further, I have used the dongle with the headphones on the PS5 console and the issue remains (right side don't work).
While typing this support request, using Spotify the right side sounded 5 seconds and after that went away (again!).
So please Razer Support help me to bring back full Nari functionality.

I will try through the weekend: first at one laptop which have never been installed/used with razer sfw/hw. And then follow your advice. Hopefully will have news till Monday!

Thanks Nari right side isn't working (through usb dongle) randomly.

I appreciate it! You can update this thread or send me a PM should you need additional assistance.

Does the issue happen while connecting the headset to another device using its dongle? You may try deleting all Razer-related files using the Razer Driver Clean-up tool. Once done, restart your computer and reinstall the Razer Synapse 3.0. Should the issue persist?
