hi, my nari ultimate is making a humming noise out of the left ear. i’ve worked it down to the mic or outdated firmware being the issue. turning off mic monitoring in synapse helps a bit, but the humming is still there.

i tried to update the firmware, but i can’t find one for the RZ04-02670 model — only for the RZ04-02680. is there another way to fix this humming, or where can i find the right firmware for my headset?

Please be advised that there is currently no firmware update for your headset. Can you uninstall your headset drivers by following the steps below and check if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the audio issue.

  1. Press Windows key + S on the keyboard to open the Search bar.
  1. Type in "Device Manager" and hit enter.
  1. Go to "Audio inputs and outputs".
  1. Right-click on the Razer headset and select "Uninstall device".
  1. Restart the computer. The drivers are automatically installed after a restart.
