Nari Ultimate Audiot issues: No Synapse, Game no longer working etc


Hello, Razer Support. I have read all threads related to this issues and have no found anything that works. I used to have THX Spacial Synapse show up in Razer Synapse. At some point it went away. I was no longer able to select Synapse as output in Windows - I see it there, but nothing comes through. I resorted to using Game for output and Chat for input for everything (games, voice chat, music etc). It worked, but without THX Spacial Synapse. Today suddenly audio stopped working. I noticed that it started coming through Chat channel and Game channel shows activity in Windows settings (the bar bounces when audio is active), but no sound comes through. Synapse is still not working, Game not working - only chat does. I tried the following: Uninstalled/reinstalled Synapse and Cortex. Nothing. Did clear uninstall as described in a thread here including deleting files/folders Used Regedit to delete entries associated with Razer Manually installed THX driver via Device Manager > Legacy driver etc Updated Windows and Intel Drivers

OMG I did it. Uninstalled all Razer via add/remove program Did the clean uninstall with deleting all files as posted in the forums Regedit > deleted Razer, Synapse, THX entries (3 in total I think). Restart. Install Razer Synapse. Logged in as guest (may have helped because it may have a saved profile there, so may be this helped) Restart. Launch Razer Synapse. Insert dongle. Go to device manager > add legacy driver THX Now Synapse showed synapse under mixer. Set as default. Select Synapse audio device as default. Tada! It works. Holy poop emoji.

Today is the day after I bought this headset. I have met you in this situation more than once. Nari good headphones, but often stop working really affects the experience.So I hope to solve similar problems as soon as possible
