Nari Ultimate battery life issues/replacement? | Razer Insider

Basically what it says on the tin. Bought the headset about a year and a half ago, been used pretty much every day since then and it seems that the battery life has gone down substantially in the past few weeks. That might be due to the fact that I'm using it more, but I was using it for similar periods when I first bought it and the battery seemed fine. Just yesterday I barely got 10 hours from it even turning off the RGB and charging it intermittently, whereas originally it was closer to 14 even with the RGB and less charging time (I usually have the volume set fairly low). Along with this, just this morning I woke up after letting them charge overnight (roughly 8 hours) and found that they still weren't fully charged. The manual states that they should charge fully in about 4 hours. Could part of this potentially be due to the fact that I'm using a wall charger? Currently stuck with a laptop with only 3 USB ports, and they're all used (keyboard/mouse/headset dongle), so I've always used a wall charger. It's rated at 5V/2.4A, which when looking for replacement batteries seems to be far too high (most small lithium-ion batteries recommend 1A or less), so I suspect that somehow I've managed to damage the battery itself (if the small bulge on the micro-USB plug is any indication) and as such it's probably out of warranty. Not to mention I never registered the warranty in the first place and it's also been over a year.

Anyway I seem to have gotten sidetracked trying to tell my life story. Let's get to the point.

Is the battery in the Nari Ultimate replaceable (can solder), and if so are there any replacements available for sale that have been used and are known to work? Slightly larger capacity is fine as long as it physically fits, smaller definitely is not.
