I turned it off, left for 5 min, came back and it doesn’t turn on. No light, no charging light, no detection in synapse. aux cable works but not through razer (can’t use mic). I’d also rather email. this asking through razer insider is stupid.

Because most probably something happened with the battery itself? That’s why is not powering on, and not detected by Synapse (to be fully detected in Synapse you need to turn headset on, since you’re unable to turn it on - it’s also not detected).
