Nari Ultimate connecting
Not sure if this is a software issue or not? If im listening to my Nari ultimate in games while the headset is plugged in via the usb I can hear the sound the pc makes when connecting a usb device. I hear the Window "ding" sound. Its like it connecting and unplugging then connecting.
It does not do this while plugged in with no game running. I will only do it while some type of audio is running. When using wireless there is no issue.
Any Ideas?

Hello! Let me help you out with this. Can you clarify your setup? Have you tried to use it with another PC/port to see if the same thing happens?
I have the headset plugged into my front USB ports on the front of my pc. I'll plug it into a powered internal USB hub I have. I think my power supply should be more than efficient. It's a 1000 watt corsair. Before it only seemed to do it when the battery had been depleted most of the way then plugged back in to charge.
How power hungry are the Nari Ultimates? Can they also be safely charged using USB hub plugged into an outlet?

LukeSkyballerJust to clarify, do you plug in both of the dongle and the charging cable to the USB hub? Have you tried to plug the dongle directly into the PC and leave the charging cable plugged into the USB hub?

LukeSkyballerThe battery life will depend on the features enabled while it is in use (i.e. Hypersense and Chroma lighting). It can be safely charged using the charging cable.
