[NARI ULTIMATE] Device not found by Synapse after Razer HIDClass update

Hello! So, I reinstalled everything after I could not find the device in the Synapse software after some Microsoft update (clean reinstall + clearing the regedit keys), still not working. This is not a hardware problem as the headset is working normally on another laptop (with Windows 11) and when I plug in the USB dongle to the laptop it says the Nari Ultimate is plugged in but the moment Synapse is installed the headset is not seen by Synapse/Razer software anymore. It is working although I cannot get to settings! Reinstalling the drivers through device manager does not work as well. The last update of the driver in Windows Update says: Razer Inc - HIDClass - 6.2.9200.16528. The release date of the driver in device manager is 06.12.2019, version 10.0.19041.1. Could anyone give me an advice how to fix the problem? I would not like to install Windows 11. Thank you for the answers!

Hello, Did your headset appear in Synapse before? And now, is the headset recognized by Windows and is it working properly, just only the Synapse software does not recognize it?

Do you saw any errors on start Synapse app? i had few problems with this headset but i followed this steps: Deactivate NET Framework 3.5 - 4.8 in Control Panel -> Windows Functions -> Disable 3.5, 4.8 versions.. Now uninstall Synapse -> restart PC -> download Visual Studio Installer, select ONLY dotnet, after installation restart Your PC -> install Synapse -> Connect headset and install update for Nari device =) Now microphone works great.. i dont have any disconnect or detection issues.. :D
