as the title said my Nari Ultimate disconnects when my computer plays a sound and then reconnects after ~2-5 sec and then the process repeats

I’ve tried the dongle recovery tool which said that recovery was required but is unable to do so

I’ve also the pairing tool which was the most success I’ve so far but i only got audio for ~10-50 sec

I’m currently forced to use the 3.5mm AUX cable which feel too short compared to the wireless capability and is driving me crazy

I’ve tried looking over near the entire internet for solutions and all I’ve found was the replacement part store but it doesn’t have any parts for the Nari Ultimate

as i said this problem is driving me crazy and i would love to see a solution for this and if anyone has any potential solutions please tell me about it
