As the title says, the Nari Ultimate will stay on and active if it remains plugged in but it does not hold a charge. As soon as I unplug it and try to use it wireless, it shuts down. When I look in Synapse, the icon for the battery just shows a depleted red battery icon. Any help would be appreciated on this. It's not that old...



EDIT: I forgot to mention I am using the charging cable it came with and I have tried charging using the PC and most often through plugging into an outlet. So I've tried multiple ways.
