I originally purchased a pair of Nari Ultimates for use with my PS5 but after a few months they stopped connecting to my system. I tried connecting them to my PC and found that the USB dongle was not even connecting to my PC. After looking online for solutions, I found that this is a very common problem with this headset. Despite this, it seems that Razer no longer sells replacement dongles on their website. Is there somewhere I can find a genuine replacement dongle or do I just have to get a whole new headset?
