Nari Ultimate dongle defect

Hi.

I think I have seen enough of the posts about the defective Nari dongles, and yes, looks like I am subject to this too.

Could someone from the razer team please let me know where I should send the serial number, purchase date and location as well as proof of purchase to?

You can initiate a support ticket through this link: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/warranty-support. Ensure to click on PC Product > Peripherals > Headsets and enter its serial number so it can show you the contact support button for chat and email. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.

 

P.S. The Nari Ultimate is no longer for sale (old product), including its dongle. If you recently bought it from a reseller, please contact them and ask for a replacement.
