I tried about everything and more suggested on all sites , even on another pc ( both win 11 , i have no more 10 ) - but the dongle does not get recognized beyond a nice windows soundbyte , and fails on firmware updates and the pairing tool.
Synapse 4 does not see or recognizes the headset, even with all cables attached.
The pairing tool finds the headset ( dongle and cable ) but fails the update
The update tool finds the dongle but does not find the cable/headset ( and yes its the original one that still works fine - also since the pairing tool finds both).
I would love a suggestion i failed to try :-)
Otherwise i will need to get a new and modern one….
But still pissed you guys murdered my dongle with an update
