Nari Ultimate dongle don't work any more -> Avnera AV3601

So I can't use my Nari Ultimate Headset anymore, because the dongle only says it is a Avnera AV3601.

I can see here, that I'm not the only one with this problem, but like many other, I can't fix it. New installation of the razor software did'nt help, the recovery tooly says 'nothing to do'.

Is there any help for me?

Thank's a lot!

Hey there! Thanks for posting your Razer Nari Ultimate's concern here. Have you tried connecting the headset to a different USB port or computer? If it's feasible, please update the headset while it's connected to a different computer and update it by clicking this link. Let me know if it helps.
Hi, I already tried connecting it to different computers, running the recovery tool in different computers, tried connecting via USB 3.0, via USB 2.0, updating computers drivers, nothing is working, or in other words, the recovery tool also says "nothing to do here".

A behavior I think is worth mentioning is that when I open the driver update for the Razer Nari, it says to connect the dongle and the headset. When I connect both, it enables the "update" button, therefore, it was able to "detect" that the dongle was there. Curious is that the dongle version is not recognized, so instead of showing a version, it just does not show anything. When I click in update, my system makes the sound of a USB device being unplugged, therefore I believe it is getting disconnected, because the next thing that happens is the driver update tool telling me that was not possible to update the driver on the dongle.

I hope it helps. I opened a ticket for Razer support as well (Case: *Omitted).

Please man, help out here, I have used my headset for like a month and the investment not so small, I paid for a wireless headset, so its unfair if I am forced to be entangled in cables.
