I have seen multiple people have had the same issue with the Razer Nari (Ultimate) of the dongle no longer working and switching over to “Averna AV6301”. I have just come across this problem yesterday. I got the headset almost a year ago, Christmas 2022. I followed the suggestions of uninstalling/reinstalling drivers, synapsis software, and I used the Nari recovery tool v1.02.00 and it went right back to “Averna AV6301”. When I do any of these things, including the simple unplug/plug, It’ll connect as Nari for a few seconds and swap right back to “Averna” and become unworkable.
