Dusted off my Nari Headset after a couple years(maybe more) of not using it. I actually needed it for the moment as my I moved and my speakers were not setup. Plugged the dongle in after letting the headset charge some.  Installed some software called Sinapese(it automatically came up). I really couldn’t understand the interface so I nevermind’ed that and started playing some music. I just want a very basic let’s plug-n-play experience. None of this cover 60% of your screen with a bunch of nonsense. 40-50 seconds later I heard a tone like it disconnected. I’ve tried multiple USB ports, which all work for other products, but my Nari just sits in “pairing” and getting no where.

I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled sinaspese - no go

Tried the Nari Dongle Recovery - just hangs there saying “Plug in the wireless USB transceiver (dongle) to your PC.”

Cannot use the Nari Pairing Utility as it does not get recognized wireless NOR wired. “Plug in the wireless USB transceiver (dongle) to your PC.”

I uninstalled what I believe was the “drivers” for the headset. They were generic. There were no “Razer” labeled devices in the audio panel.

I am absolutely livid. This thing doesn’t have any more than about…. 10 hours. It’s obviously outside of warranty and I just wanted to listen to music and play games. What an inconvenience to gamers. “For Gamers. By Gamers.” means NOTHING to me if you purposely brick my headset. With that said, does anyone have any other ideas besides what I already have tried above? I’ve had 3 of these headsets and gifted two. I love the haptics. But I can’t believe this only lasted as long as a work shift getting paid above minimum wage for how much I paid for this thing. It’s almost like they saw my headset come online and thought, oh boy, we can’t have that. Brick it so he’ll buy another.

Thanks in advance and I hope y’all are having a better night than I am.
